Oppo is set to unveil the Reno 13 5G series in India, comprising a Reno 13 5G base model and a Reno 13 Pro variant. The tech giant has teased the launch timeline and also revealed the key details of the lineup.
The handsets are expected to succeed the Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G and Reno 12 5G, respectively, which were unveiled in July.
Oppo Reno 13 5G series India launch
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the tech giant revealed the Oppo Reno 13 5G series will be launched in India in January 2025. The post didn’t mention the exact release date.
The upcoming handsets will be available for purchase via the Walmart and Oppo India e-stores.
Oppo Reno 13 5G series specs
The Oppo Reno 13 5G series smartphones are expected to feature the same specifications as their Chinese counterparts.
The Oppo Reno 13 5G sports a 6.59-inch full-HD+ screen, while the Pro variant features a 6.83-inch display.
The base model is backed by a 5,600mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support. Meanwhile, the Pro variant is powered by a massive 5,800mAh battery.
Both handsets are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset and run on Android 15-based ColourOS 15 with an IP69 rating against dust and water.
Oppo Reno 13 5G series camera
The base Oppo Reno 13 5G sports a 50MP dual rear camera unit, while the Reno 13 Pro variant features a 50MP telephoto sensor. Both devices have 50MP selfie cameras.
The Reno 13 5G will be available in an Ivory White shade and an India-exclusive Luminous Blue colours, while the Pro variant will come in Graphite Grey and Mist Lavender colourways.
