Google's Pixel Weather app has already created a buzz in the tech market, and users are impatiently waiting for its arrival. However, Google has just confirmed that it is set to be integrated into the Pixel Tablet, along with on more devices than just the new ones.

What's new?

Pixel Weather app is set to arrive on the Pixel Tablet, packed with exciting features. On large screens, you'll enjoy a dual-column UI, making it easier to check the weather.

The Pixel Weather Map provides a six-hour precipitation forecast, powered by the same model supporting nowcasting. This feature will be available in the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), and most European Union (EU) countries, excluding Italy, Luxembourg, and Lichtenstein. You can also disable it entirely if you prefer.

Pixel Weather availability

Although Google has only confirmed Pixel Weather for its Pixel Tablet, Pixel 9, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold, it's likely to arrive on existing phones soon.

Everything works on current devices except for the AI Weather Report powered by Gemini Nano, which means it should come to older models via a Pixel Feature Drop possibly in December.
