Poco F7 series spotted on GSMA’s IMEI database

Poco F7 Pro is likely to launch as Redmi K80 in China, while Poco F7 Ultra will be launched as Redmi K80 Pro moniker

Poco is currently preparing to launch its first Ultra phone under the Poco F7 series which comprises the Poco F7 and Poco F7 Pro. According to the GSMA’s IMEI database listing, which confirmed the launch of Poco F7 Ultra and Poco F7 Pro, as the upcoming phones are spotted with the model numbers 24122RKC7G and 24117RK2CG.

However, the listing has raised a question of whether the F7 series will consist of three models or whether the standard model will be dropped this time.

Moreover, the Poco F7 Pro will be rebranded as Redmi K80 in China and said to be boasted with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The Poco F7 Ultra is likely to feature the forthcoming flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, which will be rebranded as Redmi K80 Pro moniker in China.

Poco F6 Pro specs and price 

The upcoming Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra are likely to feature a few significant upgrades over its predecessor, which was released a few months ago with an initial price of EUR 449 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. 

In reference, Poco F6 Pro efficiently runs on Xiaomi's HyperOS interface and features an enlarged 6.67-inch WQHD+ (1,440x3,200 pixels) AMOLED display, equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, and more.
