The global variant of the Poco X7 5G is reportedly set to launch in the near future, as a successor to Poco X6. Several speculations have already created a buzz for this anticipated handset. Recent leaks suggested the Poco X7 5G may feature a 1.5K resolution display, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset alongside other premium specifications.

A credible analyst, Paras Guglani, has revealed some key specifications of the Poco X7 5G. The device is likely to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, along with a 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ certification, ensuring vibrant visuals and smooth performance. The screen is expected to enveloped by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, offering enhanced durability against scratches and drops.
The upcoming handset is likely to be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, while also supporting virtual RAM expansion.
The device has reportedly achieved a strong performance score of 704,404 points on AnTuTu benchmarks.
In terms of photography, the Poco X7 5G is expected to be equipped with a 50MP rear camera sensor featuring optical image stabilisation (OIS) and 2x optical zoom for sharp and stable shots. Additionally, a 20MP front camera will cater to high-quality selfies and video calls.
The camera setup is rumoured to integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) functionalities, including AI Image Expansion, AI Film, and AI Erase Pro, enabling advanced photo and video editing directly on the device.
For battery performance, the Poco X7 5G is likely to come with a 5,110mAh battery supporting 45W, ensuring quick recharges and extended usage.
Further reports suggested that the Poco X7 5G shares similarities with the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, which was recently launched in India.
