The game will go live on Wednesday, October 30, starting at noon JST, with the exact release time varying by time zone:

West Coast North America: October 29, 8pm PDT
East Coast North America: October 29, 11pm EDT
UK: October 30, 3am GMT
Western Europe/Paris: October 30, 4am CET
Japan/Tokyo: October 30, noon JST
Australia/Sydney: October 30, 2pm AET
