Pokémon GO, the game that once captivated players globally and even made headlines, continues to be a significant force in the gaming world. As it gears up for its grandest celebration, Pokémon GO Fest, the excitement among fans is palpable.
Niantic has unveiled plans for Pokémon GO Fest 2024, featuring both local and global digital events. The digital event, accessible to all game players, is scheduled for July 13th to 14th and remarkably, doesn’t require any tickets for participation. Additionally, three cities are set to host exclusive local Pokémon GO Fest events. The first will be in Sendai from May 30th to June 2nd, followed by Madrid from June 14th to 16th, and finally, New York from July 5th to 7th.

This year's festival is particularly notable as it marks the debut of Pokémon GO Fest in Spain, with Madrid playing host. The event, priced at 27 euros until April 9th and 32 euros afterwards, will be held at Juan Carlos I Park in morning and afternoon sessions, featuring various activities accessible throughout the city.
While Madrid's Pokémon GO Fest is a first for Spain, it's not the country's initial foray into hosting Pokémon events. Previously, Seville and Barcelona hosted the Safari Zone in 2022 and the City Safari in 2023, respectively, highlighting Spain’s prominence as a hub for Pokémon gaming events in Europe.
Pokémon GO Fest promises to be an unforgettable experience for enthusiasts of the game. Attendees can expect to capture exclusive Pokémon, engage in special event-specific research, and collaborate with fellow trainers. If you're a Pokémon Go fan, these dates are a must for your calendar. This event is tailor-made for you and is an opportunity not to be missed.
