In a groundbreaking announcement in the realm of gaming, PlayStation has just announced an assortment of limited 30th anniversary edition bundles of both the recently launched PS5 Pro and the standard model of the PS5.
30th anniversary PlayStation: Sony will launch PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection
Adorned with an unmatched visual appeal, it appears that the Pro bundle will most likely be listed at a four-digit price tag, although Sony has not officially announced the price.
"The PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection will be sold in highly limited supply," said Sony in an official announcement. According to Yahoo, the Pro bundle is said to come in extremely sparse quantity: 12,300 units. However, each of the Pro variants will be counted separately.
PS5 Pro in PS1 gray will launch at PS5 Pro 30th anniversary
The Pro models of the PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection include a PS5 Pro in PS1 grey along with PS1-style versions of both the DualSense and DualSense Edge, accompanied by a DualSense charging station, a USB controller charging cable in the style of a PS1 controller cable, a grey vertical stand, and a few other accessories like PlayStation cable ties and a limited edition poster.
On the slight downside, the PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection does not offer a disc drive but makes amends with a grey plastic shell for a disc drive, designed to ensure that the standalone white drive doesn't stick out like a sore thumb when attached.
