The realm of console gaming has long resonated with the echoes of the capabilities of the recently launched PlayStation 5 Slim, a slimmer variant of the existing PS5.
Currently. the top-notch console gaming equipment is only available in the US, where the PS5 Slim has already been launched around six months ago in November last year. However, the company recently revealed its plans to expand its availability to India in an announcement.

Bearing immense resemblance with the original PS5 in terms of design and exterior — discounting its unique detachable disc drive — both the disc and digital editions of PS5 Slim will hit the Indian shores on April 5.
PlayStation 5 Slim price in India
Besides spilling the beans on PS5 Slim's Indian launch, the pricing of the gadget has also been confirmed by the company. The PS5 Slim will be sold in India on the same price point as that of the existing PS5, with the disc version of the PS5 Slim being listed on INR 54,990.
Meanwhile, the digital edition is priced at INR 44,990. Users going for the digital edition have the option to buy the PS5 Slim disc drive separately.
PlayStation 5 Slim availability in India
The PS5 slim in India can be bought from offline and online retailers from April 5. The slimmer version of the PS5 will likely be available in stock at Sony's ShopatSC website, Amazon, Flipkart, Games The Shop and other participating retailers.
