The countries being fortunate to have embraced the launch of Realme 12+ 5G are Malaysia and Indonesia, while the smartphone is heading towards its Indian launch scheduled for the coming week.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC combined with an ARM Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, offering up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of built-in storage. The RAM can be virtually expanded by an additional 12GB, while coming with Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 pre-installed.
Backed by a whopping 5,000mAh battery in the Realme 12+ 5G, with 67W SuperVOOC charging capability, the phone features an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It also includes support for 5G, GPS, Glonass, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB Type-C connectivity.

Tapping on a higher bar of endurance, its display is well protected while featuring having 2,000 nits peak brightness level and Rainwater Smart Touch which makes the device panel usable even at times when its wet. The dimensions of the phone are 162.95mm x 75.45mm x 7.87mm, and it weighs around 190 grams.

Possessing exceptional photographic prowess, the rear end of the device houses a triple rear camera, including a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support, an 8MP sensor coupled with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. Meanwhile, front end of the phone carries a 16MP AI sensor.

Available in Navigator Beige and Pioneer Green colour options, the Realme 12+ 5G is priced at INR 41,99,000 (approximately Rs. 22,200) for the 8GB + 256GB model in Indonesia. In Malaysia, the phone is priced at MYR 1,499 (approximately INR 26,200) for the 12GB + 256GB variant.
