Realme GT 6 launch in China: Here’s what we know so far

Realme, a Chinese tech-oriented mobile company, is set to unveil its new smartphone, the Realme GT 6, in China on July 7.

Realme has already teased the design and specifications of its new launch on Weibo, the largest microblogging platform in China.

Realme GT 6 key specifications

According to the teasers posted on Weibo, the Realme GT 6 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and features a new 8T LTPO display by BOE. The screen is covered by crystal armour glass to protect it from scratches, which also helps improve touch accuracy and performance even at low brightness.

The display offers 6000 nits of brightness and 1600 nits in auto mode. It also comes with a 5800mAh silicon-carbon battery and 120W charging support, with a durability of four years. The variant launched in India has a 5500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

The smartphone will be available in 8GB, 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB RAM options, along with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of built-in storage, and features an octa-core processor.

As per details, the phone has a 50-megapixel dual rear camera and a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

The Realme GT 6 is likely to be available in Storm Purple and Light Year White colours, along with a special Moon Exploration edition featuring a black finish and star track design.
