Realme GT 7 Pro confirmed to launch with smaller battery in India

Realme India is set to unveil its upcoming smartphone, the Realme GT 7 Pro, in India on November 26, following its launch in China. Recently, the company disclosed that the handset will be released with a smaller battery compared to its Chinese variant. 

The tech giant also confirmed that the Realme GT 7 Pro will debut as the first smartphone in India with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage. 

Realme GT 7 Pro to feature 5,800mAh battery

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Realme India shared battery specifications of the Realme GT 7 Pro revealing that the handset will launch with a 5,800mAh battery. Notably, the Chinese variant of this handset boasts a 6,500mAh battery.

However, the device will feature a 120W SuperVOOC fast charging support, similar to the model available in China. 

Realme GT 7 Pro specs

The Realme GT 7 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 2K Eco2 Sky Screen with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 2,600Hz instant touch sampling rate, and 6,000 units of peak brightness level. 

The Realme GT 7 Pro features a triple rear camera setup, having a 1/1.56-inch 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle shooter, and a 1/1.95-inch 5MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera. However, the selfie camera comes with a 16MP sensor. 

The Realme GT 7 Pro includes Live Photo Capture, AI Snap Mode, and an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. 

The handset will be available in three colourways: Mars Exploration Edition, Star Trail Titanium, and Light Domain White.
