Realme is set to release the Realme GT Neo 7 series in China, as a company official recently confirmed the launch timeline of the new series.

The Realme GT Neo 7 lineup is expected to include two variants, with the Realme GT Neo 7 being the base model and the Realme GT Neo 7 SE being the high-end.

The smartphone is set to compete with other upcoming smartphones in the country, such as iQOO Neo 10 Pro, OnePlus Ace 5 Pro, and Redmi K80 in China.

According to a Weibo post shared by Realme China vice president Xu Qi Chase, the Realme GT Neo 7 series will be released in December 2024.

The Realme GT Neo 7 series will launch as a successor to the Realme GT Neo 6 series which was released in May this year.

As per leaks surfaced earlier, the Realme GT Neo 7 is tipped to sport a 6.6-inch flat screen with a large 1.5K resolution display. The handset might boast a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset.

The Realme GT Neo 7 will likely be backed by a 7,000mAh battery with 80W wired SuperVOOC charging support. However, another leak suggested that the Realme GT Neo 7 will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with overclocked CPU cores.
