Xiaomi is set to launch its new smartphone, the Redmi 14C 5G, in India on January 6, 2025. Ahead of the launch, the handset’s pricing and other key details have been leaked on social media.
The Redmi 14C 5G is expected to be a revised version of the Redmi 14R 5G, which was launched in China in September. The handset will likely feature similar design elements and key features to the Chinese variant.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) revealed that the Redmi 14C 5G will come as a mid-range smartphone in the Indian market, and the handset with 4GB RAM and 128GB will likely be available for INR 13,999.

The Redmi 14C 5G will sport a 6.88-inch HD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The tipster also claimed that the Redmi 14C 5G is anticipated to be powered by a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset.
The phone will be backed by a 5,160mAh battery with 18W charging support and will feature an AI-backed 50MP dual rear camera unit.
The handset is likely to be released in Starlight Blue, Stardust Purple, and Stargaze Black colourways and will be available for purchase via Amazon and the Xiaomi India website.
