Ahead of Redmi Pad SE's India launch, Xiaomi fans are eagerly waiting for updates and announcements leading up to the big reveal on April 23.

Originally introduced in select European markets back in August 2023, the Redmi Pad SE is finally making its way to Indian shores. Xiaomi's recent announcement on X (formerly Twitter) confirmed the tablet's arrival date, along with a sneak peek at its design and key features.

Redmi Pad SE is scheduled to launch in three colour options: lavender, green, and grey. Featuring an 11-inch full-HD 1900x1200 display with up to 90Hz refresh rate and TUV Rheinland low blue light certification.

The Indian variant of the Redmi Pad SE is powered by a robust Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, smooth performance, and efficient multitasking capabilities. The company claimed that it had a standby battery life of up to 43 days.

Redmi Pad SE offers convenient features such as split-screen and floating windows support, enhancing productivity for users who juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

While pricing details for the Indian variant are yet to be unveiled, the global pricing structure provides some insight into what to expect. In Europe, the price of Redmi Pad SE starts at EUR 199 for the base 4GB + 128GB variant, while 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB variants are available for EUR 229 and EUR 249.
