Samsung is working to provide reliable mobile repair (CPR) services for Galaxy users. In partnership with its parent company, Assurant, Samsung initially aimed to add 300 new CPR locations. Assurant will bring the total number of locations to 400 or more by the end of the year.

On Tuesday, Samsung Newsroom issued a press release announcing that these CPR locations will be staffed by WISE-certified technicians and will offer fast, high-quality repairs within an hour, using Samsung’s own parts.

This service can address a wide range of issues Galaxy users encounter — from broken screens to worn-out batteries and even out-of-warranty repairs—offering customers a hassle-free experience.

In addition to CPR services, Samsung’s repair network includes over 2,000 Authorised Care centres, along with a mobile repair service called “We Come to You,” featuring vans for on-site repairs.

Samsung’s Vice President of Customer Care, Mark Williams, stated, “Our commitment to repairing devices the right way gives Galaxy customers confidence that they are receiving the highest-quality care experience, extending the lifespan of their smartphones.”
