Samsung has officially launched its latest mid-range smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A16, in Pakistan. This launch comes after the handset made its global debut in markets such as India in October.
The Galaxy A16 comes with six years of OS upgrades and security updates till 2030. It is available in Grey, Water Green, and Midnight Blue colour options.
Samsung Galaxy A16 specs
The Samsung Galaxy A16 sports a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, which is ideal for streaming graphically demanding content. The device’s resolution is 1080p FHD+.
The handset is powered by a chipset Helio G99 chipset that packs 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage.
The Galaxy A16 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging support that can deliver up to 2.5 days of playback time on a single charge.

Under the camera belt, the Galaxy A16 houses a triple rear camera unit, including a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.
However, for selfies and video-calling, the Galaxy A16 features a 13MP selfie camera.

The Samsung Galaxy A16 variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs54,999, whereas the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage trim costs Rs61,999.
