All the previously slated Galaxy products have finally come out of the wraps during the recently concluded Galaxy Unpacked 2024.

Given the well-targeted marketing of the entire slew of Galaxy products, including the Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, the Galaxy Ring, and the latest addition to the Galaxy Buds series, Samsung has become all the rage in the domain it battles, and the biggest push appears to have drawn out of the last one, the Galaxy Buds 3.

Right after its disclosure at the Galaxy event, experts and those deeper in the loop began pointing towards the properties that make it resemble other contenders in the sphere, especially with Apple AirPods being the closest rival.

Since the Galaxy Buds 3 appears similar to the iPhone maker's high-end earbuds that have been leading the market for years, enthusiasts seem intent on getting insights into further elements prompting the immense assimilation with Apple AirPods.

Coming to the price, both the earbuds cost almost the same, with Apple AirPods being offered at $179 for the base variant. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Buds 3 are expected to cost around $150.

Now in the battery backup aspect, Apple AirPods looks a bit in the lead by offering 6 hours without the case. On the other hand, the base model of the Galaxy Buds 3 is hardly capable of breathing 5 hours. However, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro model is the one which comes on par with AirPods as it offers 6 hours of case-excluded charging.

Lastly, regarding the noise-handling abilities of the Apple AirPods and Galaxy Buds 3, the former faced a bit of backlash for letting in too much noise. Surprisingly, the latter one features the same design but does well with noise cancellation with its canal-type design.
