A recent leak has exposed Samsung’s rumoured Galaxy S25 Slim’s key specifications, which is expected to launch in the second quarter of 2025.
The handset, which is anticipated to be the company’s thinnest smartphone ever, will join other Samsung models, such as the Galaxy A series and Fan Edition (FE) smartphones.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra model, is set to go official in January 2025 during the Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco, US.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim key specs tipped
Taking to X (formerly Twitter) tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata) revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will feature a 6.6-inch screen, meaning the same display as the Galaxy S25+ model.
The tipster also claimed that the Galaxy S25 Slim will boast Qualcomm’s recently launched Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
Additionally, the handset is anticipated to be powered by a massive battery with a capacity ranging between 4,700mAh and 5,000mAh.
In camera capabilities, the Galaxy S25 Slim will also sport a 200MP primary camera with an ISOCELL HP5 sensor, and two 50MP cameras with ISOCELL JN5 sensors for ultrawide and telephoto photography.
Earlier reports suggested that the Galaxy S25 Slim will measure less than 7mm in thickness, meaning the handset will still be thicker than the purported iPhone 17 Air, which is also expected to launch in the second half of 2025.
