Samsung, the South Korean tech giant is expected to launch its upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch FE soon in the global market. 

Samsung is likely to unveil a “Fan Edition” (FE) version of its Galaxy Watch series, which runs on Google’s Wear operating system (OS). Users can expect the arrival of this Watch at a lower price than the company’s recent smartwatch models. 

Samsung Galaxy Watch FE is expected to have the same specifications as the preceding variant of the lineup. Moreover, the gadget is likely to be released before July, when Samsung is expected to introduce the Galaxy Watch 7 series.

Citing sources, gadgets360 reported that three model numbers can be spotted for the alleged Galaxy Watch FE in what appears to be an IMEI database. The model number SM- R866F is said to be the global model, whereas, the model numbers SM- R866U and SM- R866N pertain to the US and South Korean markets.

However, the alleged Galaxy Watch FE's hardware specifications and price have yet to be revealed online. The smartwatch is expected to hit as Samsung’s most affordable wearable sporting the design of the Galaxy Watch 4.

According to rumours, the South Korean tech giant is planning to release three Galaxy Watch 7 models. 

The company will unveil next-generation smartwatches, as well as next-generation foldable phones, during its upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event, which is expected to take place in July. Moreover, the Exynos W290 chipset under the hood might make it an affordable smartwatch.
