Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event 2024 is just a few hours away and the tech giant is expected to launch the Galaxy Watch 7 and 7 Ultra with exciting new features. However, some of the users have noticed a rollout of a new feature has already started appearing on their devices.
What’s new?
The Sleep Apnea detection feature, which can detect a person’s sleeping disorder conditions. This feature was cleared by FDA in February, which is now rolled out by the company on several Galaxy Watch models after a Samsung Health Monitor app update.
The feature uses watch's sensors that can track the user's blood oxygen levels during sleep and detect any signs of the sleep apnea. It requires at least two nights of data to make detection and will turn off after two nights.
