Three M4 Macbook models likely to launch in 2025

Although we just received a plethora of Macbook models in November, including the M4 MacBook Pro, iMac, and Mac mini, rumours circulating on the internet suggest that there's a deluge of new MacBook models in the pipeline. 

Apple is expected to complete its full M4 update for the Mac series by mid-2025 and reveal the first M5 trims by the second half of 2025.

M4 MacBook models releasing in 2025

M4 MacBook Air

First, in 2025, the M4 MacBook Air has the highest chance of debuting next year. Initially tipped to launch in the spring of 2025 alongside a few iPad and iPhone products, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman claims that it may be launched earlier.

M4 Mac Studio

While it is said that the current Mac Studio, running on an M2 Ultra chip, is unbeatable compared to the new M4 Pro Mac mini, a giant contender is reportedly on the way around summer 2025. This prediction hints at the potential rollout of M4 Mac Studio.

M4 Mac Pro

Another Mac likely to be launching next year is the Mac Pro, whose current latest variant is equipped with the M2 Ultra chip. Prolific tipsters and industry insiders claimed that to be the most powerful Mac available, it must boast an M4 chip. Gurman believes that it is expected to launch around the middle of 2025 and sport an M4 Ultra chip.
