Great news for Automobile enthusiasts in Pakistan as the second half of 2024 is likely to be a groundbreaking period for car launches in Pakistan.
The automobile industry in the country has been facing challenges, including economic instability and regulatory issues. Despite these challenges, car manufacturing companies are still hopeful of succeeding in growing people’s interest in their upcoming vehicle launches in the country.

- Suzuki Every Mild Hybrid
- Hyundai Elantra Hybrid
- Hyundai Sonata (5th generation)
- Kia Sportage (5th generation)

- Suzuki Every Mild Hybrid: Suzuki Every Mild Hybrid 2024 is likely to be launched by Pak Suzuki in the upcoming months. It features a 660cc mild hybrid engine and is expected to be available at Rs2.6 million.
- Hyundai Elantra Hybrid: Hyundai, the South Korea-based car manufacturing company, is expected to introduce its 7th generation Elantra with a hybrid powertrain, and a sporty N variant. The hybrid model might be available for Rs11 million and, the N variant is for Rs17m in Pakistan.
- Hyundai Sonata (5th generation): Furthermore, Hyundai might also launch its Sonata’s fifth generation car in Pakistan which is already available worldwide. Pricing details of this vehicle have not been disclosed yet.
- Kia Sorento Hybrid: Although it's not confirmed how much it will cost, Kia is likely to launch Sorento’s Hybrid model by the end of this year in Pakistan which might be a great competitor to Hyundai’s Santa Fe.
- Kia Sportage (5th generation): Moreover, Kia might also introduce its 5th generation Sportage which is expected to be available for Rs10.5 million.
- BYD: BYD is expected to enter the Pakistani automobile market with the launch of three models including the BYD Dolphin, which is likely to be available for Rs9 million, as well as the BYD Atto 3 for Rs17m, and the BYD Sealion 6 for Rs11m.
These cars are expected to be available in Pakistan either by the end of 2024 or at the start of next year.
