Vivo has launched its latest flagship smartphone, the Vivo X100 Pro, in China on November 21, 2023. The phone features a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 888+ processor, a 4,500mAh battery with 55W fast charging, and a quad rear camera setup that includes a gimbal stabilisation system for the main 50-megapixel sensor. The phone also supports 5G connectivity, NFC, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Vivo X100 Pro price and availability

Vivo X100 Pro is priced at CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 46,500) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, and CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs. 58,100) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The phone comes in two colour options: Black and Blue.

The smartphone runs on Android 11 with OriginOS 1.0 on top. It sports a 6.56-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,376 pixels) AMOLED display with a 19.8:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+ support, and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The display also has a hole-punch cutout for the 32-megapixel selfie camera.

The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone has a 4,500mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. The phone also supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging, but the exact wattage is not specified.

The Vivo X100 Pro has a quad rear camera setup that consists of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.57 lens and a gimbal stabilisation system, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 114-degree field of view, a 12-megapixel portrait sensor with an f/1.6 lens, and an 8-megapixel periscope sensor with an f/3.4 lens and 5x optical zoom. The rear cameras support 8K video recording, night mode, portrait mode, and more.

The phone also has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.45 lens and a 105-degree field of view. The selfie camera supports face unlock, beauty mode, and HDR.

Vivo X100 Pro has dual-SIM (Nano) slots and supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone also has an in-display fingerprint scanner, a face unlock feature, and stereo speakers. The phone measures 158.6x73.4x8.8mm and weighs 198 grams.
