The chipset powering the Vivo X100s is the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ Chip. To boost the photographic capabilities of the device, a V2 imaging engine is expected to make its way under the hood. Moving to the battery life, Vivo X100 is backed by a 5100 mAh battery with support of 100W for rapid refills. In terms of the display, the Vivo X100 will bring 1.5K resolution with the help of Visionox OLED.

Vivo X100s Pro brings a bigger battery of 5400 mAh while being powered by MTK Dimensity 9300+. In contrast, the imaging engine on the Vivo X100 Pro brings V3 chip in contrast to the X100 model of the series, while bearing resemblance to its counterpart in terms of display.
