Vivo’s recently unveiled smartphone, the Vivo Y29 5G, is poised to hit the Pakistani market soon. While an exact release date has not been confirmed yet, the Vivo Y29 5G is expected to launch in the country by mid-January 2025.
This entry-level smartphone boasts an impressive array of features at an affordable price point. In India, the Vivo Y29 5G is available in three colourways: Glacier Blue, Titanium Gold, and Diamond Black.

The Vivo Y29 5G has a rugged design, with an IP64 rating making it waterproof and dust-resistant. The device sports a 6.68-inch LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1000nits brightness, and a resolution of 720p HD+.
Running on Android 14 paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, the Vivo Y29 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6300 chipset and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU that enables smooth performance for casual gaming.
The handset is backed by a 5500mAh battery and 44W fast charging support.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Vivo Y29 5G boasts a 50MP primary sensor with autofocus and an LED ring flash. Meanwhile, the front camera features an 8MP sensor.

The 4GB RAM and 128GB storage model of the smartphone will likely be priced at Rs46,000 (approximately $165) in Pakistan.
