Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo Y300, its latest 5G smartphone, this month. A teaser has revealed the phone’s sleek design and hints at it to be a rebranded version of the Vivo V40 Lite, previously launched in Indonesia.

The Vivo Y300 could feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and ultra-slim bezels, ensuring a smooth and vibrant viewing experience.
With a peak brightness of 1800 nits and a fingerprint scanner under the screen, it offers premium features for everyday use.

At its core, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chip powers the Vivo Y300, clocking at 2.2 GHz. It’s expected to run Android 14 and may come with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, making it a solid option for multitasking and media consumption.
The Vivo Y300 is likely to offer an IP64 rating, adding a layer of dust and water resistance.
The Vivo Y300 is rumoured to include a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 32 MP front camera for selfies. Its 5000mAh battery supports 80W fast charging, ensuring quick recharges via a Type-C cable.
