While the government of Pakistan has taken various measures to derail the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally, netizens reported WhatsApp disruptions across the country on Saturday.
Coming days following the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) cautioning the government of the dire consequences of deliberate internet restrictions and virtual private network (VPN) ban, the purported WhatsApp outage triggered the inability to send and receive messages, photos and videos.
