WhatsApp is set to bring a useful “delete” tool, allowing you to remove preset chat lists, whenever required. It will ensure that your app’s interface remains clutter-free. Moreover, the feature will let users customise the app as per their needs.

Chat lists will allow users to have enhanced control of their chats. One can customise these lists and organise conversations priority-wise.

However, due to default settings, users were unable to delete these preset chat lists from WhatsApp. To resolve this issue, the company is preparing a new tool that allows users to remove these chat lists; particularly some specific filters from the app’s interface.

How to use WhatsApp’s new feature

You can click on the “Delete” option and it will remove the filter from the chat list bar. It is an immediate and more efficient way to customise the app per your requirements.

One can still access the preset filters from the app’s settings menu. You can review and change the filter settings in one place without hustling in the application.
