Windows 12's highly aesthetic concept design suggested by prolific creator

Bearing resemblance to macOS, Windows 12's design likely to comprise a floating 'dock' at the bottom and a taskbar at the top

At a time when the frenzy around the rollout of Windows 11 hasn't even settled, tipsters and industry insiders are talking with all the fervour of Windows 12.

Joining the bandwagon, a prolific concept creator has stepped into the limelight with a concept design he believes most closely matches that of the actual one in the works.

Named AR 4789, the concept creator shared on his YouTube channel the entire design ranging from a minimalist Start menu, a more useful File Explorer, an easier method to change wallpapers by swiping right or left, and much more.

Bearing resemblance to the aesthetics of the macOS, the design comprises a floating “dock” at the bottom and a taskbar at the top.

With added light transparency, the visual appeal of Windows 12 seems to be a thoughtful departure from the design renders of Windows 11.

As depicted in the video, the installation of Windows 12 even lets users play games while the process completes. Apart from this, you will also be able to reduce distractions with Focus Sessions with the option for Tool for Focus.

Coming to how it categorically displays the data saved in the internal storage, the new File Explorer comes with a new look for Quick Access and shows recently used apps below it.

Windows 12 is likely to let users add, remove, and rearrange widgets in the new Start Menu, something they'd also be able to change anytime.

To complement the interface appeal, various other customisation options were shown by the creator, including the ability to choose from different wallpapers and switch from Light to Dark Mode like Windows 11.
