Access of X, formerly known as Twitter, has once again been disrupted on Monday in Pakistan for the second consecutive day.

Net being able to navigate to the micro-blogging site, users across the country reported that the access to the social media platform was hampered, or probably restricted.

The outage has emerged only hours after the service was eventually restored after experiencing restriction to access X for almost 24 hours on Sunday.

According to Downdetector.pk, a site that tracks real-time internet and social media outages, cited a total of 31 complaints of inaccessibility on the platform across the country around 9:10am on February 19, 2024.

Several users encountered difficulty accessing the social media platform, as they consistently faced a message on the screen, which stated, "Something went wrong, but don’t fret — let’s give it another shot," every time they attempted to load it.

It is important to note that Pakistan has been experiencing regular disruptions in internet and social media platforms, particularly over the past few months during the current circumstances following the 2024 general election.
