Xiaomi's Poco F7 series is generating excitement with rumours of flagship specs. The series is expected to include the usual Poco F7 and F7 Pro, and for the first time, a Poco F7 Ultra.
Details about the Pro and Ultra models are still unknown, but Gadinsider has got you some of the rumours that are tipped regarding the specs of this smartphone.
Poco F7 specifications
Reportedly, the Poco F7 will feature the Snapdragon 8s Elite chip, set to be released by April 2025. This chip is an underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, and its performance is expected to be on par with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
While it may not match the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the latest architecture would ensure top-notch energy efficiency for both the CPU and GPU.
Poco F7 battery and display
The Poco F7 is rumoured to come with a massive 7000mAh battery, promising unprecedented screen-on times with a single charge. Additionally, the phone is expected to feature a 1.5K resolution LTPS AMOLED panel with a high refresh rate, making it both efficient and visually impressive.
What to expect from Poco F7
The Poco F7 series is likely to be rebranded versions of existing Redmi models. The Poco F7 might be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, the Poco F7 Ultra could be a Redmi K80 Pro, and the F7 Pro might be a vanilla Redmi K80.
These Redmi phones are expected to launch in China in the coming months, with the Poco versions available for global markets.
