Xiaomi made the official announcement of HyperOS on October 26th, and since then, the company has been testing the HyperOS update. This update has been made available for nearly all devices and is currently being rolled out to the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G. Part of the Redmi Note 11 series, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G boasts the Helio G96 chipset, delivering impressive performance.
The HyperOS update for the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G marks its final major update since its launch in 2021 with MIUI 13 based on Android 11. While it's sad to see the end of major updates for this device, it's important to admit that every device has its lifespan. Notably, there are some differences in the HyperOS update for the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G.

One notable difference is that the update is built on Android 13, meaning the smartphone will not receive the Android 14 update. The Redmi Note 11 series is transitioning to HyperOS based on Android 13. As a result, this update may lack certain new features compared to other devices. The build number for the HyperOS update on the Redmi Note 11 Pro is OS1.0.2.0.TGDMIXM.
Currently, the update is exclusively available to Mi Pilots, but it will be accessible to all users in the future. Alongside this update, the smartphone has also received the February 2024 security patch, enhancing its security measures and reducing potential risks.
