Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium was launched in April 2018, with a decent sturdy body comprising a glass front and back (Gorilla Glass 5) and an aluminium frame. This dual-SIM (hybrid) phone comes with an IPS LCD display capable of producing 3840 x 2160 (FHD+) pixels of resolution on a 5.8-inch screen (765ppi). The phone is also IP65/68 water and dust protected.

The Xperia XZ2 Premium is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845, an octa-core processor boasting 2.7GHz max clock frequency. This CPU is paired with Adreno 630 GPU and runs Android 8 OS, which is upgradeable to Android 10. RAM and storage combos are quite limited with just one option: 6GB 64GB, respectively. Thankfully, a dedicated slot is available for SD card insertion.
