Tecno Spark 8P Summary
Tecno Spark 8P comes with an IPS LCD panel that can display 1080 x 2408 pixels of resolution spread over a 6.6 inches screen. The phone has a glass front and a plastic back and frame.
Interestingly, the chipset and the supported CPU and GPU come in two versions. The first version has Mediatek Helio G70 onboard, with a clock count of 2.0GHz and is supported by Mali-G52 GPU. The second version comes with Mediatek P22, which can clock up to 1.8GHz and is supported by Power VR GE8320 GPU. The OS running on this setup is HiOS 7.6, which is based on Android 11. The device also comes with options of 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB internal memory and 4GB RAM. The memory can be expanded by a micro SD card.
The rear camera is a three lens setup: one 50MP main lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a VGA lens.. Supporting these are quad-LED flash and HDR capabilities. Videos can be captured at 1080p and 30fps. The front camera is an 8MP lens, with dual-LED flash and video capturing capped at 1080p, 30fps.
The power source is a Li-Po 5,000 mAh non-removable battery, which can be charged by a 10W rapid charging adapter. Additional features include a fingerprint scanner (side-mounted), an accelerometer, and a proximity sensor.
The phone comes in a selection of colours: Turquoise Cyan, Atlantic Blue, Iris Purple, and Tahiti Gold.
