Vivo Pad 3: The world’s first tablet with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip

Vivo, the Chinese technology company, recently launched the Vivo Pad 3 Pro, a tablet powered by the Dimensity 9300 chipset. Recent rumours suggest that a standard version, the Vivo Pad 3, will be launched soon. Although the official launch date is yet to be announced, it is likely to be launched on May 13 along with other Vivo X100 series.

Vivo Pad 3 has already received approval from China's 3C authority with the model number PA2455. The tablet is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, a slightly toned-down version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip found in recent Android flagships.

A couple of recently launched smartphones are integrated with the latest chipset. If the rumours are true then the Vivo Pad 3 will be the first-ever tablet to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.

Vivo Pad 3 specifications

It is expected that this version could be similar to the Pad 2, which was launched last year with up to 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. Notably, it is also expected that the Vivo Pad 3 will be spotted with a 44W fast charger, indicating quick charging capabilities.

Vivo Pad 3 pricing

As for the price, the Vivo Pad 3 Pro starts at around $425. Therefore, the standard Vivo Pad 3 may start at around $350.
