Days after the launch of iPad Air and iPad Pro, Apple slashed the price of its 10th generation iPad in India in order to make the product more attractive for budget-minded consumers.

The Wi-Fi model with 64GB of storage now starts at INR 34,900. The Wi-Fi+Cellular variant with the same storage capacity has also seen a price cut, dropping to INR 49,900. The iPad with Cellular variant (64GB) is available at INR 49,900 and the model with 256GB of storage is available for INR 64,900, however, it also has an INR 10,000 discount on the initial price.

Lacking M1 or M2 chips which are found in the newer iPad Air and Pro models, the 10th generation iPad remains a capable device for everyday tasks like web browsing, email, video streaming, and casual gaming.

It retains the familiar design with a Lightning port and a Home button with Touch ID, which some users may prefer over the newer USB-C and Face ID options.

While Apple products often come with a premium price tag compared to competitors, their exceptional longevity is undeniable. Even if you purchase the 10th generation iPad in 2024, you can expect software updates for several years to come, ensuring you get the most out of your investment.
