The Dell Inspiron 3593 laptop is constructed entirely of plastic. However, despite the plastic construction, it is quite durable and sufficiently sturdy. The design is rather traditional and not as visually appealing as Asus, Acer, and Mi laptops.
Dell Inspiron 3593 review
Display
The Dell Inspiron 3593 has a 15.6-inch Full High Definition (FHD) TN panel display with a 60Hz refresh rate. The screen has unattractive and outdated thick side bezels around it. The contrast ratio of the screen is just 431:1, which is significantly lower than the ideal value of 1000:1.
The lack of an IPS panel also makes for subpar viewing angles. The NVIDIA MX series GPU means that G-Sync is unnecessary on this laptop. Even though it's not specifically designed for playing games, this laptop should provide for most gaming demands. The display's paltry brightness of 204.3 nits makes it difficult to read in bright outside conditions.
The Inspiron 3593's display is the worst among laptops in its price range. When opened with one finger, the base lifts, showing uneven weight distribution, and the display cannot be turned back 180 degrees to face the keyboard due to the design of the hinge.

CPU and GPU Speed
The NVIDIA MX230 graphics card is paired with an Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor in the Dell Inspiron 3593. Dell has also included 256GB of fast SSD storage, which will come in handy when working with large files. A 1TB hard disk drive (HDD) is included as well.
RAM
The 8 GB of DDR4 single-channel RAM installed in the Dell Inspiron 3593 facilitates seamless multitasking. The memory can be expanded up to 16GB as well.
Keyboard
The chiclet keyboard of the Dell Inspiron 3593 is plastic. There is some under pressure, but it doesn't go all the way to where your palm rests, so I didn't notice it while using it. The keyboard's white zonal lighting has three brightness settings, and it shines brightly on the keys' secondary functions.
When compared to the Mi Notebook 14 Horizon, this laptop is superior in terms of functionality. A 1.5mm key travel distance is both optimal and adequate. Unfortunately, the keys had erratic tactile feedback. While not as quiet as a full-fledged mechanical keyboard, the keys are nonetheless serviceable.
