Reminiscent of any other app or digital service of the modern day, the Meta-owned message app keeps updating and introducing newer features.

Given that, WhatsApp is now reportedly spotted with a new feature aimed at simplifying the recording and sharing of video notes for users.

As reported by WABetaInfo, the simplification is achieved by letting users capture video messages straight from the camera interface of the app.

Video note mode on WhatsApp

The remarkable functionality was first offered on the Android version of WhatsApp.

As of now, thanks to the latest WhatsApp beta for iOS 24.13.10.76 update, available on the TestFlight app, which accompanied this amazing feature to let feature hunters get familiar with the video note mode of the app's camera.

As depicted in the screengrab shared by WABetaInfo, select beta testers are now able to get their hand on the new camera mode to share video messages within chats.

This feasibility eliminates the need to tap and hold the camera icon in the chat bar and provides users with a comprehensive method for recording and sharing video messages from one place.
