OnePlus, a Chinese mobile manufacturer, is reportedly working on a new Nord series smartphones. The OnePlus Nord 4 and OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite are rumoured to be under development, and a rumour about the phone’s chipsets has circulated online.
Both phones are expected to ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets. The OnePlus Nord 4 is expected to launch as a renamed version of the OnePlus Ace 3V.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), tipster Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) revealed that the OnePlus Nord 4 will be powered by a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC, whereas, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite will feature a Snapdragon 6 Generation 1 SoC.

The OnePlus Nord 4 is expected to be released in markets other than China as a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 3V, which was launched in China in March with a price tag of CNY 1,999 (roughly INR 23,000) for the 12GB RAM+256GB option and CNY 2,599 (roughly INR 30,000) for the top-end variant with 16GB RAM+512GB storage.
It is available in two colours: Magic Purple Silver and Titanium Air Grey. If the rebranding speculations are to be believed, the OnePlus Nord 4 will run on Android 14-based ColorOS and have a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
Moreover, it could support up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The optics might include a dual back camera set with a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera is expected to be 16MP.
The OnePlus Nord 4 is likely to boast a 5,500mAh battery, which offers 100W, wired SuperVOOC charging, similar to the OnePlus Ace 3V.
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite, on the other hand, is expected to provide improvements over the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. The company has not verified any information on the upcoming Nord series phones. As a result, the information presented here should be interpreted with caution.
